Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking experienced remodelers to join our St. Louis team. The role focuses on residential cabinet refacing and full remodeling projects, with emphasis on trim and finish carpentry.

We offer year-round work, paid training, and generous bonuses. Earn potential annual pay up to $300,000 through skill, efficiency, and excellent customer service, with weekly direct deposits and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 3 years of residential remodeling experience, including trim and finish carpentry.
• Knowledge of residential cabinetry, cabinet installation, cabinet refacing, countertops, backsplash.
• Established LLC or business running under EIN.
• Must have general liability and workers' compensation insurance.
• Must have cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer.
• Great communication and customer service skills with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Renuity's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
