The 1099 Cabinet Refacing position offers year-round work, paid training, bonuses, weekly direct deposits, and earnings potential up to $300,000 per year based on project volume across 36 states.

Qualifications

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential baths, windows, or kitchens.
• Established LLC or business presence.
• Worker's comp and liability insurance coverage.
• Excellent communication and customer service with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Renuity standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for each installation.
• Communicate with management at project end to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat homeowners and their property with utmost respect.

• Apply finish work as needed for every application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
