Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking skilled remodeling contractors to join our national network. This 1099 role focuses on installing home remodeling products, cabinetry, and finishing work with Renuity standards.

Enjoy year-round work and flexible scheduling. Responsibilities include communicating with management to ensure customer satisfaction, completing checklists, and treating homeowners with respect.

Qualifications

• 3 years of residential remodeling experience including trim and finish carpentry.
• Knowledge of residential cabinetry, cabinet installation, cabinet refacing, countertops, and backsplash.
• Established LLC or business under EIN.
• Must have general liability and workers' compensation insurance.
• Must have a cargo van or similar vehicle capable of pulling a trailer.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Renuity's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
