Job summary

Renuity, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, seeks a 1099 Installer in Seattle to install Kohler LuxStone products and perform finish work per our standards. You will communicate with management after each installation to ensure customer satisfaction and finalize payments, and you will complete a homeowner checklist at completion.

Applicants should have 3 years in remodeling/carpentry, knowledge of acrylic baths or panels, and possess an LLC with liability and workers' comp insurance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of Residential Acrylic Baths, Stone Panels, or Walk-in Tubs.
• Established LLC or Business.
• Must have General Liability and Worker Compensation Insurance.
• Cargo Van, SUV, or truck capable of pulling a trailer.
• Must have trailer.

Responsibilities

• Install Kohler LuxStone products according to Renuity standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
