Your Role As a Store Manager

• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience.
• Ensure your store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all operations, maintaining budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
• Protect customers, staff, and assets by following safety, security, and company policies.
• Maintain the store's appearance and cleanliness.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year in sales management.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

Legal and Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors.
• Physical activities include standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working around machinery and chemicals.
