This role supports the team by providing exceptional customer service during the overnight shift, contributing to the overall operations of the hotelESSENTIAL DUTIES & FUNCTIONS* Operational Responsibilities* Greeting guests at the door of vehicles and welcoming the guest to property* Park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area* Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest inquires during the night shift* Assist with luggage and provide directions or information as needed* Guest Services* Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
