A leading company in life insurance seeks motivated individuals for their customer service team. This full-time role involves serving families and requires strong customer service skills. Comprehensive training is provided to help associates earn quickly through commission. Individuals who are ambitious and eager to grow an agency are encouraged to apply.
Due to the rapid expansion of our company, we are looking to hire new associates for our customer service team. Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of increased demand from our client base, we are seeking highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.
However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales, who are also flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
WHO WE MARKET TO: We specialize in life insurance to protect different areas of family life, targeting individuals with average income and health. We have numerous requests for insurance through our niche market but not enough agents to meet this demand.
HOW WE GET PAID: This is a commissions-only position! The commission schedule is designed to help you start earning quickly. You could be paid within a week of writing your first policy. Our average sale nationwide is for $1,000 in annual premium, with a bonus structure that can earn associates an additional $600 for just one sale.
TRAINING WE PROVIDE: We offer comprehensive training to help you sell policies quickly. You will receive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts. Our goal is to help you make money! If you want to grow an agency, we can assist you in achieving that within months.
