In this role, you'll be responsible for counseling and serving families with various needs while working on a commission-only basis. Our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
WHO WE MARKET TO: We specialize in life insurance to protect various family needs, targeting families with average income and health. We have many requests for insurance through our niche market but not enough agents to meet this demand.
HOW WE GET PAID: This is a commissions-only position! The commission structure is designed to help you start earning quickly. You could see payment within a week of writing your first policy. Our average sale nationwide is around $1,000 in annual premium, with some agents earning $600 from just one sale.
TRAINING WE PROVIDE: We offer comprehensive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts to help you sell policies efficiently. Our goal is to help you make money! If you want to grow an agency, we can support you in achieving that within months.
