Qualifications

• Minimum one year of wind technician experience.
• Preferred hands-on MCE experience.
• Must be able to travel 100%.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety above all else and assess risks before work.
• Perform major component exchanges including gearboxes and generators.
• Carry out maintenance, repairs, retrofits, and design modifications per procedures.
• Travel extensively to support turbine operations across sites.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality work.
• Conduct safety inspections and maintain a secure working environment.
• Gain exposure to diverse turbine platforms and site conditions.
