The intern will immerse in day-to-day facilities operations, help with seating plans, tracking equipment, and coordinating with vendors, while developing project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a four-year college degree with graduation between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028.
• Preferred degrees in Logistics, Hospitality, or Business.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day facilities operations and manage tickets.
• Set up workstations and onboarding for new hires.
• Assist with seating plans and space management.
• Track equipment, furnishings, and expenses in spreadsheets.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in training and company programs.
