Job summary

Textron’s Fort Worth-based Summer Intern in Integrated Operations (Facilities & Maintenance) offers hands-on experience with real projects across Bell facilities globally, supporting operations and management while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

As a Facilities Business Intern, you will engage in strategic planning for sustainment, spend analysis, vendor management, PO processing, policy development, and cross-functional collaboration using SAP, Ariba, Hyland, EAM and Monday.com to optimize

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 60 credit hours completed by the start of the internship.
• Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 2 - August 8 2025.
• 3.0 GPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support operations and management across Bell facilities globally.
• Contribute to facility management, operations, maintenance, and budget planning.
• Analyze indirect spend, purchasing, and policy implementation to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with most departments and utilize critical software tools.
