Job summary

Ultipro in Sacramento is hiring a Behavior Technician to work 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum, helping them build life-changing skills like talking, playing, and making choices. No experience required—just a big heart, patience, and love for kids.

You’ll use play, ABA therapy, and a calm, supportive presence to guide each child through small breakthroughs, with shifts Monday–Friday 2:00pm–8:00pm, 15–20 hours weekly, and mileage reimbursement for travel.
