Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA services to individuals with autism in clinic, home, school, and community settings, under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support skill development while reducing challenging behaviors.

This role requires collaboration with families and team members, ongoing training, and adherence to ethical and agency standards. We also have part-time positions open.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy is a plus.
• Strong flexibility and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provides 1:1 ABA services to clients with autism in clinic, home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implements individualized treatment and skill-building programs.
• Collects and documents client data accurately per protocols.
• Collaborates with caregivers, BCBAs, and team members.
