CLASS is hiring Behavior Technicians in Poway, CA. You will work 1:1 with children who have autism in home and community settings, delivering ABA-based therapy under supervision. Training is provided and advancement within a BCBA-owned, privately run practice is emphasized.

The role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and strong communication as you help children achieve meaningful progress and smiles. A supportive team and ongoing professional development await.

Formación

• Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver 1:1 behavior therapy sessions (minimum 2 hours) using ABA principles.
• Support children with autism in homes, schools, or community settings.
• Follow and implement clinical programs created by the Clinical Team.
• Collect data accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with team, office staff, and families.
• Handle basic admin tasks like scheduling and timesheets.

• Hourly Pay: $24to $31(DOE & education)

🛠️ What You’ll Do:

• Complete training and skills competency before working independently.

• Handle basic admin tasks like scheduling, timesheets, and responding to messages.

✅ Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Enjoy teaching and playing with kids.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
• Must be punctual and responsive.

💪 Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift/carry up to 20 lbs and perform physical activities like kneeling, bending, standing, walking, and playing with children.

CLASS provides services Monday through Sunday from 8:00am-8:30pm. What is your availability to work Monday-Friday and are you interested in working weekends?*

Are you comfortable with holding 1 to 1 sessions at a client's home (with a parent/guardian present) or in a school setting?* Yes No

What is your desired number of hours per week? We require 15 hours per week.

(Please note hours are not guaranteed and may vary based on client availability, schedule changes, cancellations, or other factors due to the nature of the field of ABA. We will try our best to increase your caseload to your desired number of hours, however it is not guarantee)*

Are you comfortable driving up to 25 miles as needed?

As a Behavior Technician, driving is a necessary part of this position. We attempt to minimize your driving range by trying to match you with clients that are near your location. and clients that are close to each other. We cannot guarantee your clients will always be close to your location or to each other, however you are able to bill for drive between clients.
