Job summary

Kama‘āina Kids is hiring aPart-Time 1:1 Inclusion Support Leader for Iliahi after-school program in Hawaii. You will work 1:1 with one student after school, guiding participation, and supporting social skills in a fun, inclusive setting.

The role offers consistent weekday afternoons (~1:30–5:30 PM) with no nights or weekends, and benefits for part-time staff. Training provided; experience in education or related fields is welcome.

What You’ll Do

Provide Dedicated 1:1 Support

Work closely with one student during activities like games, crafts, homework time, and outdoor play.

Encourage Inclusion & Connection

Help your student engage with peers, build friendships, and feel confident participating in group activities.

Offer Positive, Individualized Guidance

Support behavior, transitions, and learning in a way that meets your student’s unique needs.

Collaborate with Your Team

Partner with Group Leaders and staff to create a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all keiki.
