Job summary

Kama‘āina Kids is seeking a 1:1 Inclusion Support Leader to work at Salt Lake Elementary in Honolulu, Hawai‘i. You’ll guide one student to participate in activities, build confidence, and foster inclusion during weekday afternoons.

The role offers a consistent part-time schedule (~1:30–5:30 PM) with Real Benefits for Part-Time Employees. Prior experience isn’t required—we provide training and support.

What You’ll Do

Provide Dedicated 1:1 Support
Work closely with one student during activities like games, crafts, homework time, and outdoor play.

Encourage Inclusion & Connection
Help your student engage with peers, build friendships, and feel confident participating in group activities.

Offer Positive, Individualized Guidance
Support behavior, transitions, and learning in a way that meets your student’s unique needs.

Collaborate with Your Team
Partner with Group Leaders and staff to create a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all keiki.

What We’re Looking For
