Job summary

Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate 1:1 Support Staff in Baltimore, MD to provide direct supervision and emotional support for youth in out-of-home care. Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Background check required.
• Willingness to complete training in Crisis Intervention, First Aid & CPR.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support youth on a 1:1 basis.
• Use crisis de-escalation techniques and positive reinforcement.
• Assist with daily activities and behavior coaching.
• Maintain daily reports and service documentation.
• Ensure youth safety and follow mandated reporting guidelines.
