Behavioral Health is looking for compassionate 1:1 Support Staff to provide supervision and support for youth in out-of-home care across Wicomico, Worcester, and Somerset Counties. This role requires strong crisis de-escalation skills and experience working with youth or in behavioral health settings. Candidates must be 21+, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and be willing to work flexible hours. Competitive salary and training support are provided.
Qualifications
21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Experience working with youth or in behavioral health.
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support youth on a 1:1 basis.
Use crisis de-escalation techniques and positive reinforcement.
Maintain daily progress notes and service documentation.
