Job summary

StretchLab in Marco Island is seeking Flexologists to join our team as personal trainers and instructors focused on assisted stretching. You will deliver one-on-one sessions and group classes, motivate clients, and help grow membership while upholding safety and studio policies.

Qualifications

• Love of boutique fitness environment.
• Passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility.
• Willingness to complete 2-day Flexologist Training Program (20 hours online + 3 days in-person).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes for up to 6 clients.
• Encourage and motivate clients during sessions.
• Ensure safety and enforce StretchLab policies.
• Build membership and retain clientele.
• Attend staff meetings and educational presentations.
• Assist sales and GM with studio tours and sales as needed.
• Maintain strong social media presence for client membership and retention.
• Keep equipment clean and ready for client use.
