Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 90 quarter credits or 60 semester credits in Education/Child Development or related fields.
• ParaPro Assessment score of 460 or higher required.
• Minimum two years of paid experience with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to students with moderate to severe disabilities in a learning environment.
• Assist staff to implement individualized lessons and behavioral plans.
• Monitor student behavior and progress; maintain records and data.
• Support daily routines including meals, medications, and transitions.
• Communicate with parents/guardians and maintain confidentiality.
