Job summary

The Menta Education Group in Nokomis, IL is seeking a 1:1 Individual Student Aide Paraprofessional to support classroom instructors and students under licensed staff supervision. Work hours are 8:00am-3:30pm CT, Monday–Friday, following the school calendar.

This direct hire position serves all grade levels in small self-contained rooms. You will monitor student needs per IEP, prepare materials, inform clinical staff of concerns, and help implement behavior programs while maintaining

Qualifications

• Monitors assigned student per IEP under licensed staff supervision.
• Prepares and adapts classroom materials; maintains order.
• Informs clinical staff of social, emotional, or behavioral concerns.
• Implements and maintains behavior program policies and data.
• Coordinates with administration and staff to ensure consistent program application.
• Paraprofessional certification is preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 23 years old and able to work with high-risk students.
