Job summary

Fusion Academy is a fully accredited 1-to-1 private school for grades 5–12. As a Spanish Teacher, you’ll have the flexibility to shape your schedule, design creative lessons, and collaborate with passionate colleagues.

You’ll teach Spanish 1–5 using provided curriculum, mentor each student and support social-emotional growth, build partnerships with parents, and keep records. It’s a dynamic, student-centered environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to teach Spanish course, levels 1-5, following content standards—curriculum and resources provided.
• Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
• Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
• Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
• Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A growth mindset with the flexibility to pivot and problem-solve as needed.
