Job summary

Fusion Academy is a private, accredited 1-to-1 school for grades 4–12, seeking a Spanish teacher. You’ll shape your schedule, design creative lessons, and collaborate with passionate colleagues to personalize education for students academically, socially, and emotionally.

Responsibilities include teaching Spanish levels 1–5 with provided materials, differentiating instruction, and maintaining accurate records while partnering with families and contributing to campus life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or teaching credential is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to teach Spanish course, levels 1-5, with provided curriculum and resources.
• Experience with students including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
• Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
• Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
• Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A growth mindset with flexibility to pivot and problem-solve.
