Sage Connections is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide K–12 school-based services for the 2026–2027 school year. The onsite role supports a student with Cerebral Palsy and requires a dedicated, compassionate professional.

Based in Aurora, IL, the nurse will collaborate with parents, school staff, and healthcare providers, manage documentation, participate in IEP/504 meetings, and ensure health and safety compliance. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30am–1:30pm.

Competenze

• Current and Unrestricted Illinois RN License.
• 1+ years of pediatric nursing experience.
• Experience supporting students with complex medical needs preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Provide academic and classroom support for students.
