Job summary

Sage Connections, LLC is seeking a full-time school-based RN to provide 1:1 support for a K–12 student with complex medical needs in Hillside, NJ. The role operates on-site, Monday through Friday, with hours from 8:00 to 14:00, starting ASAP through June 2026, with potential renewal.

You will collaborate with parents, school staff, and healthcare providers to ensure safety, documentation, and compliance with health regulations, and you may participate in IEP/504 plan meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Current and Unrestricted Illinois RN License.
• 1+ years of pediatric nursing experience.
• Experience supporting students with complex medical and developmental needs preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and student-centered

Responsibilities

• Provide academic and classroom support, as well as community vocational exploration.
• Coordinate with parents, school staff, and healthcare providers as needed.
• Maintain documentation and comply with school health and safety regulations.
• Participate in IEP or 504 Plan meetings when relevant
