Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a caring RN to provide one-on-one nursing care for an 8th-grade student at Londonderry Middle School in New Hampshire.

The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:30am–2:45pm, in a middle school setting, delivering individualized medical support and assisting with activities of daily living to enable the student to participate in regular classes and activities.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience within the last five years.
• Pediatric/school nursing or epilepsy/complex-care experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, individualized 1:1 nursing care throughout the school day.
• Monitor health and watch for changes in condition, including seizures and fatigue.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care while encouraging independence.
• Support fine- and gross-motor needs and physical-care needs as appropriate.
• Monitor comfort, safety, energy, and participation in activities.
• Communicate concerns promptly and document nursing care accurately.
