Job summary

Swift Middle School is seeking a Long-Term Substitute Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide individualized 1:1 hygiene support for an assigned student during the school day.

The CNA will work under the supervision of the Director of Student Services and the School Principal, following the student’s IEP and hygiene care plan to promote dignity, safety, and access to education. Collaboration with special education staff is required to ensure consistent care and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with students, families, and staff.
• Ability to follow care plans and infection control procedures.
• Respectful, student-centered hygiene support.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 hygiene care as per the student care plan.
• Assist with personal hygiene tasks (toileting, grooming, dressing).
• Maintain student dignity, privacy, and safety throughout activities.
