Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking paraprofessionals to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in children's homes in Queen Creek, AZ. You will support kids with autism or developmental delays using play-based ABA under supervision.

You'll work morning/afternoon slots, typically Twice Weekly, Any Two Mornings 7:30 - 9:30 AM, with flexible part-time hours to fit your schedule. Training and ongoing BCBA guidance are provided to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Experience with children (SPED para, 1:1 aide, or similar roles).
• Afternoon/evening availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in children’s homes.
• Follow treatment plans created by supervisor (BCBA).
• Track progress using a data system on phone or tablet.
• Collaborate with BCBA and fellow techs to maintain consistency.
• Provide feedback to families and celebrate progress with them.
