BlueCloud Staffing is seeking an experienced School Nurse LPN for a full-time, school-based role in Locust Grove, GA. The nurse will provide direct 1:1 care to a medically fragile student, including GJ tube and ventilator management, throughout the school day.

The ideal candidate holds an active GA LPN license, CPR/BLS certification, and has pediatric care experience. This role offers weekday hours with no nights or weekends and a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN license in Georgia.
• Experience with GJ tube care, tracheostomy care, and ventilator management.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Pediatric or medically fragile population experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 1:1 nursing care to a medically fragile student throughout the school day.
• Monitor and manage the student’s medical needs per physician orders.
• Perform GJ tube feedings, tracheostomy care, and ventilator support as required.
• Assess vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
• Provide safe care during student transportation and on the school bus/van.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and communicate with families and staff.
