Job summary

Dogwood Autism Services in Sandy Springs, GA, is seeking Registered/Behavior Technicians to join our team. We provide 1:1 ABA interventions to young children, aligned with best practices and supervision.

We offer paid RBT certification and training within 30 days, opportunities for advancement, and a benefits package for full-time staff including PTO, holidays, health, dental, vision, and 401K. Clinic hours are 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri; BCBA ownership enhances a supportive, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children in 1:1 or classroom/group settings.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 4-year degree in ABA or related field preferred.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Maintain valid CPR certification.
• Interest in autism and ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 intervention to children ages 1-5 across communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as designed by the supervisor and clinical leadership.
• Collect data and make function-based decisions with supervision.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Work with family members and stakeholders to coordinate care across clinic, home, and community settings.
• Maintain professional standards in line with Dogwood Autism Services' values.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assume various postures for extended periods.
