A New Leaf Therapeutic Services PLLC in Fayetteville, NC is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing ABA therapy team. We provide evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism across home, clinic, school, and community settings, focusing on communication, social, and life skills that support independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work until at least 5:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental challenges.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising clinicians.
• Record and track therapy data during sessions.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Maintain professional communication with families and team members.

A New Leaf Therapeutic Services is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing ABA therapy team.

Our clinicians provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism across home, clinic, school, and community settings. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children to help them develop communication, social, and life skills that support independence and long-term success.
