Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide skilled nursing care for low acuity pediatric patients in their homes in Charlotte, NC. Shifts include Tuesday–Friday 10a–8p or Sunday–Thursday 10p–9a, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Hourly pay ranges from $30 to $32, with competitive weekly paychecks and comprehensive benefits. Candidates must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the state, have a current TB test or chest X-ray, a current BLS card, and preferably one

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
