Job summary

San Juan Unified invites applications for the Instructional Assistant III 1:1 position at Casa Roble Fundamental High School. This full-time, permanent role provides 1:1 support for students with a 6 hour workday within a 5‑day week schedule.

The salary range is $19.66 to $25.93 per hour, with hours Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:45 PM. Applicants must meet the qualifying test requirements and submit high school diploma documentation.

Qualifications

• IA III: List on application experience that is relevant to this position in addition to providing the required documentation listed in this vacancy.
• Severe/Emotionally Disturbed - working with students who have a Learning Handicap or Communicatively Handicap programs.
• Experience working with groups of children; coursework in child development highly desirable.
• Possession of, or willingness and ability to obtain a valid California Class C Driver License within 30 days of hire or before driving any equipment/vehicle requiring this license.
