Qualifications

• RBT certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and record data on behaviors and progress.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
• Assist with de-escalation and behavior management as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the clinical team and family.
