Job summary

The PTA will provide patient-centered care under a supervising Physical Therapist in a home health setting, ensuring treatment plans are followed and progress documented for each patient.

The role emphasizes independent work with team support, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement within a growing company. Licensed PTA with BLS is required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted PTA license in the practicing state.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification.
• At least 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides PT services as planned and supervised by a Physical Therapist.
• Regularly communicates progress and plans with the Physical Therapist of record.
• Assists in securing adaptive equipment to improve function and rehabilitation.
• Maintains and submits patient treatment and billing documentation in required formats.
