Formación

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program with active LPN license in PA.
• Six months experience in home care or healthcare setting.
• CPR certification is required.
• Reliable transportation to patients' homes.
• Strong nursing skills, compassionate care, and clear communication.

Responsabilidades

• Medication administration and nutrition via g-tube.
• Manage and monitor tracheostomy.
• Collaborate with team to deliver quality patient care.
• Take patient vitals, perform assessments, document progress and report changes.
