Interim HealthCare of North Central Pennsylvania is hiring Home Health Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Sunbury. Earn $25.00–$35.00 per hour with 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratios, flexible assignments and opportunities for CEUs.

You will administer medications, monitor patients, perform assessments and collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality home health services. Qualifications include a PA LPN license, graduation from an accredited program, at least six months in home care or

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and active LPN license in PA.
• Six months experience in home care or healthcare setting required.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clinical proficiency in nursing with strong communication skills and compassion.

Responsabilités

• Medication administration and nutrition via G-tube.
• Monitor for seizure activity and follow protocol.
• Urinary catheter changes.
• Work with a team to deliver quality patient care.
• Take patient vitals, assess, document progress and report changes to RN supervisor.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene.
• Follow the individual’s plan of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
