Interim HealthCare is hiring Home Health Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one-on-one patient care in the Lock Haven area. Expect flexible assignments, autonomy, and competitive hourly pay while delivering quality home health services.

Requirements include PA LPN license, graduation from an accredited LPN program, CPR certification, and at least six months in home care or healthcare. Reliable transportation and compassion are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and active LPN license in PA.
• Six months experience in home care or healthcare setting.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clinical proficiency in nursing with strong communication and compassion.

Aufgaben

• Medication administration and nutrition via g-tube.
• Manage and monitor tracheostomy.
• Collaborate with a team to deliver quality patient care.
• Take patient vitals, perform assessments, document progress and report changes to RN supervisor.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene.
• Follow the individual’s plan of care.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team.
