Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or credential a plus.
• Ability to teach a wide range of courses (English Composition, Literature, Language Arts, World and U.S. History, Government, Economics, Humanities, and Electives).
• Experience with diverse learners, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
• Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
• Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach in a truly personalized way — one student at a time.
• Differentiate instruction and support social and emotional development in students ranging from 4th - 12th grades.
