Job summary

Mains’l is hiring 1:1 Direct Support Professionals to provide individualized support in homes and communities across Minnesota. Join a mission-driven team and make a direct, lasting impact on the person you support with flexible scheduling and meaningful daily work.

Prospective DSPs receive paid training and have opportunities for career growth within the organization. Roles are available Full-Time and Part-Time across several Minnesota locations, including Chaska and St. Louis Park.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation with insurance.
• Ability to pass a DHS background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support (ADLs, skill-building, behavioral supports).
• Support community involvement and social connections.
• Assist with errands, shopping, and appointments.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home.
• Support budgeting, organization, and daily routines.
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments.
• Offer guidance, problem-solving, and advocacy.
• Document daily activities and care.

What You’ll Do
