Job summary

ExpertCare in Michigan is seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes, providing support, encouraging skill-building, and helping with daily activities.

You'll also accompany clients into the community to pursue personal goals outside the home, contributing to a thriving team culture and meaningful, hands-on care opportunities throughout Southeast Michigan.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home care to recipients in their homes.
• Support, encourage and assist with skill-building activities.
• Accompany clients to community activities to pursue personal goals.
