Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes, providing support, encouragement and helping with skill-building activities. You will also bring them into the community to grow and strengthen personal goals outside the home.

ExpertCare services the Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with Recipients in clients' homes, providing support and skill-building activities.
• Help bring Recipients into the community to foster personal goals outside the home environment.
