Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers to work 1:1 with our recipients in clients' homes. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, fostering independence and growth.

You will also help clients access community activities to expand personal goals outside the home. Flexible schedules, paid training, and weekly pay are provided to support a thriving team culture.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
