Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in Southeast Michigan, primarily in clients' homes. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, and you will also help bring recipients into the community to grow personal goals outside the home.

Full and part-time positions are available, with emphasis on dependable teamwork, clear communication, and adherence to care plans.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities
