Community Horizons works alongside a community member to find dependable

and kind staff, to help empower them in their Onalaska residence. This

member uses a wheelchair and an EZ Lift to transfer in and out. This

crafty member would like assistance with personal cares, house cares,

and 1/1 care. If you enjoy a furry friendly home, and a calm

environment, this could be a perfect fit! With your compassionate energy

you can bring comfort and light and a lasting impact. Tasks involved but

not limited to:

• Transfers with EZ Lift
• Getting ready for the day and for bed
• Cooking
• Cleaning
• Companionship

Pay- $17 Schedule-

Weeknights 8p, Every other Friday-Sunday 8a, 2p, 8p 1-2 hour periods
