• Manage medication reminders and help organize medical appointments to support health management
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance mental well-being and reduce feelings of loneliness
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, cleaning, and organizing living spaces to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
• Monitor safety hazards around the home and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents
• Document care activities, health changes, and any incidents accurately for ongoing communication with family members or healthcare providers

Qualifications

• Prior experience in caregiving or personal assistance roles is preferred but not mandatory; a compassionate attitude is essential
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to individual care plans with flexibility
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, or assisting with mobility
