Community Horizons in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate Caregiver Assistant to help a community member maintain independence and an active lifestyle.

You will assist with pivot transfers, showering, grooming, external catheter care, bowel care, meal preparation, and light tasks, with pay from $20/hour and daytime to overnight shifts.

Someone who is easy going and compassionate with others, while promoting

their independence, comfort and freedom. This member loves spending time

with his dog, working on plans for a new home, and going on trips and

adventures. They also use a wheelchair, pivot one-person transfers, and

external catheter. If you enjoy easygoing conversation, a friendly pet,

and providing ways for members to live an active and engaging life, this

could be a perfect fit for you! Pay: From $20/hour Schedule: -M F,

7:30am 2:30pm, -Overnights, 9:30p - 730a Tasks to Assist with Pivot

transferring Shower assistance Grooming External Catheter care, Bowel
