Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Phoenix is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pediatric private duty team. You will travel to clients’ homes, provide one-on-one nursing care, and document all orders and assessments with precision.

Starting pay ranges from $35–$40 per hour for full-time day shifts, with a $3,000 retention bonus. BAYADA offers generous benefits including weekly pay, tuition scholarships, and 401(k) matching as part of a supportive, team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona.
• One year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Trach experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home to provide private duty pediatric care.
• Follow doctors' orders and document assessments and interventions.
• Perform ongoing assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.

  Qualifications for a private duty RN

  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
  • A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona
  • One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse
  • Trach experience preferred, but not required
