Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care's Phoenix Skilled Office is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pediatric private duty team. This full-time role offers day shifts (7a–7p) with overnight coverage on some cases.

You will provide one-on-one pediatric home care, documenting orders and assessing patient progress, with autonomy in the home. We offer weekly pay, flexible schedules, scholarship opportunities, and a $1,200 nurse referral bonus, plus comprehensive medical/dental/vision

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current AZ nursing license in good standing
• One year RN experience preferred in home health
• Trach experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Travel to client’s home on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with and document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Provide autonomous in-home care with hands-on nursing

We currently have open overnight shifts caring for both pediatric and adult clients throughout the Phoenix metro.

Compensation and Schedule:

• FT Day Shifts, Monday-Sunday 7a-7p available
• Starting pay: $35–$40 per hour(client-specific)

Qualifications for a private duty RN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona
• One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse
• Trach experience preferred, but not required
