Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric private duty team in the Phoenix area. This full-time role offers day shifts (7a–7p) with flexible scheduling and a $3,000 retention bonus.

Travel to a single client’s home and deliver one-on-one, high-quality care. Starting pay ranges from $35 to $40 per hour, with weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth through scholarships and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program as shown by transcript or diploma.
• Current Arizona RN license in good standing.
• One year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Trach experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide hands-on care with autonomy in the home.

Our Phoenix Skilled Office is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team in a pediatric private duty role. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care- delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Compensation and Schedule:

• FT Day Shifts, Monday-Sunday 7a-7p available
• Starting pay: $35–$40 per hour
• $3,000 Retention Bonus (client specific)

Qualifications for a private duty RN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona
• One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse
• Trach experience preferred, but not required
